Updates to the REC Registry – Additional questions when creating certificates
The REC Registry will undergo updates on Monday, 27 June 2011 to ensure certificates are created in compliance with the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000.
The certificate creation process for solar water heaters and small generation units will require additional questions to be answered regarding the installation. If you utilise the bulk upload function in the REC Registry you will need to ensure your upload file includes responses to the new questions.
The STC Assignment form has been updated, you can access the forms from the STC assignment and compliance documentation page.
You can view the Bulk Upload Guidelines on the Deemed installations bulk upload guidelines page. This format must be used for all uploads from Tuesday, 28 June 2011, if you do not use the correct format your upload will not be successfully uploaded.
