27 April 2011 Publication of out of pocket expenses: In accordance with Regulation 19G of Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001, the Regulator must publish details of the out-of pocket expenses incurred for small generation units that were validly created during the previous quarter. The expenses for Q1 2011 - 1 January 2011 to 31 March 2011 - are now available.

5 April 2011 Updating the Register of solar water heaters - Version 10: he Office of the Renewable Energy Regulator (ORER) regularly updates the Register of solar water heaters to update the list of solar water heater models eligible to have Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) created for them. The STC methodology was published on 23 March 2011 on the ComLaw website at http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2011L00486. All models listed on the Register must use this methodology to continue being eligible for STCs once Version 10 of the Register is published.
