Application to obtain accreditation codes for small generation units for which the right to create STCs is being re-assigned 1 Jun 2012: This form is to be completed by a Registered Agent in order to obtain the accreditation code for a small-scale solar panel, wind or hydro system (small generation unit) for which the right to create small-scale technology certificates (STCs) has been properly assigned to them, and where STCs have been previously created for that small generation unit.

This document is an example of the written statements required as defined by the Regulations.
