Application for a Partial Exemption Certificate – Appendix A 19 Dec 2011: This appendix is in addition to the ‘Application for a Partial Exemption Certificate’ standard form. If you did not apply for and receive a PEC in the 2011 year, please complete ‘Appendix A – additional site information’ in relation to the site of the EITE activity.

Application for a Partial Exemption Certificate – Appendix A 19 Dec 2011: This appendix is in addition to the ‘Application for a Partial Exemption Certificate’ standard form. If you did not apply for and receive a PEC in the 2011 year, please complete ‘Appendix A – additional site information’ in relation to the site of the EITE activity.

Application for a Partial Exemption Certificate – Appendix B 19 Dec 2011: This appendix is in addition to the ‘Application for a Partial Exemption Certificate’ standard form. If you are applying in relation to an EITE activity at a site which meets the criteria for a new entrant under regulation 22ZD(3), please complete ‘Appendix B – new entrant production’ in relation to quantity EASP of relevant product.

If you are applying in relation to an EITE activity at a site which produces more than one type of relevant product, please complete ‘Appendix D – quantity of relevant product’ in relation to each additional type of relevant product produced.

Application for a Partial Exemption Certificate – Appendix D 17 Jan 2012: This appendix is in addition to the ‘Application for a Partial Exemption Certificate’ standard form. If you are applying in relation to an EITE activity at a site which produces more than one type of relevant product, please complete ‘Appendix D – quantity of relevant product’ in relation to each additional type of relevant product produced.

Application for partial exemption certificate - change of liable entity during the year 16 May 2012: This form is used only where the Clean Energy Regulator has already issued a prescribed person with a PEC in relation to an EITE activity carried on at a site in the year. If the liable entity set out in the PEC ceases to be the liable entity for the electricity supplied to the site and a second liable entity begins to be the liable entity for the electricity supplied to the site, the prescribed person may use this form to apply to the Regulator for another PEC in relation to the second liable e ...
