A person or organisation must be registered with the Clean Energy Regulator in order to create small-scale technology certificates (STCs) and large-scale generation certificates (LGCs). In order to become a Registered Person, it is preferred that you use the online registration wizard. You cannot use the STC Clearing House unless you use the online registration wizard.

This form is to be completed by a Registered Agent in order to obtain the accreditation code for a small-scale solar panel, wind or hydro system (small generation unit) for which the right to create small-scale technology certificates (STCs) has been properly assigned to them, and where STCs have been previously created for that small generation unit.

The Clean Energy Regulator requires written compliance statements to be signed by installers on-site, to include all of the information required to comply with relevant legislation. This document is an example of the written statements required as defined by the Regulations.
